Berg-6*DSP III and Hyperion HP-DSP*6-FS Receivers
Digital Signal Processing, TSR, and Fail Safe Mode
See the User's Manual - Click Here

These Berg and Hyperion 6-channel receivers offer the highest performance and largest feature set in R/C receivers today, in an extremely compact and lightweight package. With Transmitter Signal Recognition (TSR) the receivers learn the characteristics, or the 'signature' of your transmitter, and this means that it can reject signals from another transmitter on your channel, should someone inadvertently switch on. For 72MHz FM transmitters, the 6*DSPIII also features auto-shift detection, so it is compatible with all recently produced, quality 72MHz transmitters, regardless of brand.  Berg's advanced ultra-narrow-band circuitry design bypasses the types of interference found in our R/C field environments, and lets you fly without worry.

Considering size and price, these Berg technology receivers sport a feature set that outclasses every other receiver on the market. Fully programmable Fail Safe (FS) or Signal Hold options, Transmitter Signal Recognition, and programmable channel 5 or channel 7.

The receivers produce six servo outputs. Channels 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 are fixed, and the sixth output can be programmed for either channel 5 or channel 7. Therefore it is compatible with virtually any transmitter to use aileron/flap mixing for airplanes or CP mixing for helicopters.

Berg 6*GIII is exclusively for 72MHz, and Hyperion HP-DSP*6-FS for 35/36MHz and 40MHz.

STANDARD SIZE crystal is not included.  See the "Crystals" section in the RADIO & ACC category for available frequencies.  We stock all of the US-legal 72MHz channels, most 35Mhz, and all 36MHz channels for Australia.  We ONLY stock Japanese frequencies in 40MHZ, so be sure about your frequency if you select 40MHz crystals (they may suit NZ and some other countries).  If you do not see your frequency, you will have to source the crystal from a local supplier.  We suggest Berg brand crystals as the best choice, but JR single conversion, or JR-compatible brands, such as GWS, may also be used.  As always, range check before using any receiver in a new installation.
