New!  EDP-300H (with Torque 7.2V Motor)
The motor in the EDP 300H set is a new type with lower Kv, meaning that it can swing a larger prop at lower amperage.
     It should be run with 6-9 cells NiMh, or better yet, the E-Tec ET-P1200-2S 1200mAh 7.4V pack, for long run times and lower all-up weight (see blue highlights).  Do not exceed the maximum listed voltage below for each prop type, as efficiency will suffer for little gain in power. Max amperage for the motor is about 9A, but best efficiency is realized at 6A-7A.
     The set comes with motor, inc connector and condenser, two 5x3" Hyper drive (DD) props, and spinner/adapters to mate the props to motor.
     Use the superb, programmable, super-light Castle Castle Creations PIXIE 20PCreations Pixie 20P to protect your lithium or NiMH battery when running at more than 7 amps, or the tiny PIXIE 7P if at 7A or below.  The E-Tec Smart Charger 2 is the safest on the market, and can charge single cells or 2S (7.4v) packs.  The Smart Charger 4 can charge from 1 to 4S packs.  Either can charge any number Castle Creations PIXIE 7Pof cells in parallel.GWS EHS-300 Heatsink
