The Hacker B40 Brushless Series
Light and Powerful
These small, powerful motors have dominated many areas of e-flight since they were first introduced.

Like all Hacker Brushless Motors, they offer the highest possible power to weight ratio, and are versatile.

The direct drive motors are extremely popular in racing boats, helicopters, pylon racing airplanes, and ducted-fan jets.

The geared motors come with a special front motor plate with an integrated adapter for the Maxon ceramic 4.4:1 planetary gearbox.  This combination has probably powered more gliders to the winner's circle than any other in history.  Small hotliners rip up the sky on the B40 S + gear motors, and 2M LMR competition gliders often use the B40 L+ gear series.  These are also appropriate for "480" to "500" class aerobatic models, using motor versions with lower Kv ratings and, depending on the model, more cells.
