| Custom BELL with PRE-INSTALLED, rounded, high-temp, high-strength 1.5mm magnets (see details) This is the BELL assembly from the Air Craft DIY Motors series. The pre-installed magnets are the newest tech, with temp rating of 120C and field strength N48 - 1.5mm thickness means high power and efficiency. The magnets are rounded where they meet the bell. This helps insure the magnets do not loosen due to poor adhesive contact, but there are two other important advantages: (1) the complete contact with iron bell causes a fully realized field effect, increasing motor efficiency. (2) the heat transfer is greatly improved, which eliminates the de-magnetization that can occur even in cool motors when flat magnets are used. Made for stators 20.2mm in diameter, with widths of 3mm to 5mm. Weight 13.33g, OD 25.7mm, 9.3mm deep. Center hole for 3mm shafts. Magnets measure 6.0mm deep, 5.5mm wide, 1.5mm thick. |
